A
track perpendicular to the roadway is set at the corresponding position
of each layer at the front end of the ordinary shuttle racking system.
There is a shuttle vehicle that can shuttle back and forth. Shuttle
board (ie, sub-shuttle ) can drive into this shuttle vehicle. Shuttles
(ie, sub-vehicles) can drive into this shuttle. It can transport the
pallet goods to this shuttle vehicle, and it also can carry out instant
charging on the shuttle vehicle. This shuttle vehicle is called master
shuttle vehicle. The master shuttle vehicle can transport the goods to
the lift or conveyor. Such a system is called a sub-master vehicle
system. At the same time, the master vehicle can also transfer the
sub-vehicles to different roadways. Such a high-density storage system
is called a Sub-master shuttle type warehouse.
Through
the WMS and WCS control system, the sub-master shuttle type warehouse
system realizes fully automatic operation of equipment such as sub
shuttle vehicles, master vehicle, lift, and conveyors, eliminating
forklift lanes and auxiliary spaces, and greatly increasing the high
density of materials in warehouses. The storage saves the time for the
forklift to access the materials, reduces the working time of the
workers, reduces the work intensity of the workers, and satisfies the
customers' requirements for the combination of high-density storage of
materials and high-efficiency access.
